Our frame builder has been producing these frames for  40 years, supplying mainly trade companies.

Faq..
Why T45 tubing?.......T45 comes with a certificate of conformity from the mill. This means it is produced to exacting standards with and even strength and wall thickness.

Why is it Bronze Welded?......The frames are made from 17 guage T45 Tubing, Bronze welding is the recomended method of joining this grade,  A properly fitted joint which has been bronze welded is just as strong as the more commonly reconised mig or tig weld but it does not make the steel brittle at the joint.

How long will i have to wait for my frame to be completed?.......This depends on the frame required, and the amount of orders we may already have, so we usually state 6 weeks or less.

Can i have my frame made with some none standard settings? ....... Yes if for example you want a different steering head rake, different length swingarm, etc. That is not a problem and usually does not add to the price.

If i have an accident which damages my frame can you repair it?....... Yes we can repair it. But reserve the right to rufuse if we consider the frame has been to badly damaged.

Can i purchase a frame from you if i live abroad?..... Yes we can ship worldwide, please contact us for a shipping cost to your country. Please note that you will be liable for any taxes, duty etc, that may apply in your own country.

Can i collect my frame in person?....... Yes of course, plus you can take a look at the setup here if you wish. We are 5 miles north of aberystwyth, in the little village of llandre.
